Music changes the world.

Welcome to the official website of the Jason Kutt Legacy Fund, Inc. Our nonprofit was created to honor Jason's memory by supporting the communities that have stood beside our family since 2020. While we as a family continue to advocate for safer state park guidelines, we also remain deeply committed to supporting and inspiring healthy communities through the work of the Legacy Fund in Jason's name.

About the Jason Kutt Legacy Fund

Jason Kutt

Jason was 18 years old when taken from this world on October 24, 2020. While watching the sunset with his girlfriend at Lake Nockamixon, Bucks County, PA, he was shot and killed by a hunter in the area.

Jason was known as "A Gentle Giant." At 6'4", he towered most of us. He had a heart of gold and always felt the need to put others before himself.

The Legacy Fund's mission focuses on supporting families who struggle to meet basic needs—needs that many of us often take for granted. Through ongoing fundraising events, we raise both financial support and awareness, inspiring safer and healthier communities. Every effort we make honors Jason's life by continuing the gift of giving and creating positive change in his memory.
